401(k) Retirement Plan - To help your employees plan for their future, Synergetic, Inc. offers an IRS approved, qualified 401(k) multi-employer retirement plan. Employees can contribute up to $16,500 for 2009 (plus catch-up contributions if over age 50) of their income tax-deferred. The plan can be customized to allow employer matching to meet your company’s objectives. Your employees have multiple investment options to choose from and can manage them 24 hours a day via telephone and the Internet.
Section 125 Cafeteria Plan - Through Synergetic, Inc.’s Cafeteria Plan, your employees can pay their health insurance premiums using PRE-TAX dollars, saving them up to 25%.
